Macquarie Dohne Stud
Macquarie is one of the largest Dohne studs in Australia selling up to 500 rams annually and has 1,500 registered pure-bred stud breeding ewes in 6 families. Rams are sold annually to NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and TAS. Macquarie has focused on early growth rates combined with long staple, bright, soft handling, well nourished, quality wool that handles all environments.
The on-property sale will be held 20th September 2017 at Warren NSW. Inspection begins at 10am with the sale of 150 rams commencing at 1pm. Fore more details visit the team at site N05.
Queensland Merino Stud Sheepbreeders Association Inc
Members of the QMSSA are out in force at Westech 2017. If you’re looking for rams for your next joining or would like to see what Queensland Studs are doing with their sheep, head on over to the QMSSA tent. Pens of Merino and Poll Merino Rams are available for inspection and sale. If you’re not in the market, but would like to have a look at some quality sheep, they’d love to have a chat with you at site M17.
